I got in to that site, filled out my form & hit submit, then got the Service Down error.......
So doesn't this one.
phone isn't a great option yet either... an hour and a half of re-dialing to no avail. well done.

They tell us to register as soon as possible but no avenue works!!!
Just keep trying. Note: When I finally got through and hit the SUBMIT button, I got shut out and thought I'd have to start all over. But then I got the email saying that my reservation was accepted.
I would like to know who the people are that have actually been able to obtain this rebate!
Ladies and Gents, this is a state progrom...They did not forecast the level of demand. Keep trying is my advice

Tried numberous times from 10 am to 11;30 and did not website not working until I called 800 Federal Energy Hotline and they told me the page was down. Cant get through on telephone either.What a joke.
Unable to get into site from 10 am this morning and call Federal Energy number and they told me website down. Have been trying to get into masswap1.com and nothing is happening. What is going on I just heard from Channel 7 that all the money is gone for rebates. How can that be when so many of us cant get through!!!!

No website no phone, coworker got on and they are already out of reservations and like 400,000 in reserve.
2 hours after the program started and I am on a waiting list....
I refreshed the website hundreds time and finally went through MASWAP1.com, the phone service was totally a dead meal.
We tried to get on by computer and telephone in 2 locations and could not. How unfair to the consumer that really needs it. When I went to the appliance store there were people there with numerous rebates and they were not buying anything. This is so unfair for the people who really needed it. The system needs changing.Marcia
All reservations will be honored and they are funding another 5 million...just as a FYI
